This section of the Web Site you are now visiting is a major revision of the site I have been working on for several years. This 'framed' format is new as of August, 2003, and will make the site more flexible and give us an opportunity to more clearly categorize material and make individual pages display quickly.Feedback from citizens, members of Loudoun County government, lighting and electrical professionals, and suppliers of lighting equipment who share the common goal of enhancing outdoor lighting quality, energy conservation and making Loudoun County, Virginia a safer and more beautiful place for all of us and our children will be sincerely appreciated.
