Why we are seeking a corporate partner

• We have the following resources at our disposal: land, limited cash, credit (no current debt), educational curricula in development, scientific expertise. We seek a partner with cash, business planning expertise, and/or students for educational programs.

Types of business partners we will consider

• Corporations or foundations interested in foster care or elder care.
• Corporations interested in establishing a rural conference center or retreat
• Corporations interested in catering or bed and breakfast operations
• Corporations interested exclusively in real estate development for profit at minimum risk
• Schools seeking to relocate or to establish summer programs

What we seek in a partnership agreement

• Long term commitment to establishing a profitable enterprise that can coexist with The Thomas and Evelyn Orme Learning Center as conceived.
• Commitment to real estate development that protects open space and the rural character of Grandale Farm.
